Another court-appointee living off the backs of abuse children willing to be paid for pre-made determinations to please the hand that feeds him, namely the family courts.

Dr. Garber only helps who he wants and will take your money and ruin your family. Extremely devastating to no that he can lie on stand at a family probate court.

Took tremendous liberties with evaluation, writings were like a novel, much not substantiated, it could have ruined my child - smartest guy in the room experience and could not see the forest through the trees, terribly unfortunate situation having to deal with him, be very careful with this person.

Although Dr Garber advertises himself as unbiased and neutral in court ordered family evaluations, he is clearly biased in favor of the adult party that hires him. Look very closely at his website under the "How Do I Get Started" section and be warned. His website suggests; "Discuss CCFE as alternative to or as a complement to legal action, mediation and arbitration with your advocate or attorney." "Motion the court requesting that participation in a CCFE be ordered. Provide Dr. Garber with a copy of the resulting order as a necessary precondition for his involvement." If you are not the "motioning" party and your opponent succeeds in having Dr. Garber appointed, you and your children may be facing a deck stacked against you because he may be working for the opposing parties interests and not your children's.
