Dr. Benjamin W Herrick, MD

Dr. Herrick was very pleasant and answered all questions about my upcoming surgery. He thoroughly explained the procedure. Spent adequate time with me.

Over Christmas I had some major surgery. Although Dr. Herrick was not part of the surgery, one of his co workers was, he stopped by the hospital to check on me and helped resolve a problem. Following the surgery I continued to have on going pain and UTI's. His staff continued to work with me and when the problem was finally sorted out, I was taken to surgery immediately and I have been symptom free ever since. I so appreciate everyone's efforts, especially Dr. Herrick's @ Alliance Urology!

very insecure does not put patients fist

Dr. Herrick was amazing! He practically knew my chart word for word on our first visit and was very friendly and thorough. My only complaint is that his office staff never verified benefits, not even after 4 visits, leaving me with a huge bill. The office is in-network and all issues could have been rectified if his office staff had shown an ounce of concern and/or assistance. Now I likely won't be back because of business and not content of care.
