Doctor is a wonderful person, but the staff in horrible. Never can I get them on the phone and also behaves rude with patients.

The waiting in the office is too long. Maybe try to see less ppl so that way the waiting time is not that long

It was my nightmare to visit dr. Office today. Almost waited 4 and half hours to see the doctor. Dr. Office is so conjusted , patient line up outside ... btw bring your own chair if you dont want to stand for next 5 hrs. Never gonna come back, even in emergency..

i like the doctor but his office HORRIBLE... dirty, no toilet paper at the bathroom. plus you wait almost 2 to 3 hours to see him. to spend 2 min with him. never come back.

Very poor service

this Dr and his staff out of control i waited 4 hours to be seen .. i cant not deal with this Dr attitude and his staff have very dirty mouth and off topic conversation all you hear them talking about boys and sex and gossiping on other co workers it was my first and last visit so not happy

Dr Mason is not only an outstanding doctor but more important an understanding, kind, compassionate human being. The waiting room is crowded sometime because of his care and concern for every ethnic group and economic status. He gave me a cornea transplant which saved my sight for that eye. He called me many times and told me to call him at any time of day or night. This is unique in the medical profession today. I feel very fortunate to have met him and be his patient and his friend.
