Dr. McArthur replaced my hip and knee (opposite sides) when I was unable to walk. I now walk 2 to 3 miles a day. Last week, I had a bad fall and tore a 14 inch slice in my calf, down to the muscle. After several days, I worried that the fall might have damaged the artificial hip. He saw me within an hour. X-rays showed no damage. He then inspected the wound on my leg, redressed it and scheduled me to come back to have the 3 dozen staples removed to save me a trip to the emergency room. Dr. McArthur and his PA, Chris are compassionate professionals. They take a holistic approach to treating people. Even though they were swamped on this Monday between Christmas and New Years, they never rushed me. They treated me like I was the only patient there. I can’t say enough positive things about the care I’ve received over the past three years.

The office staff was friendly and courteous. Dr McArthur was very knowledgeable with my leg pain. It seemed to me he was very concerned about my leg pain. I was very empressed with him.

Appointment was pleasantly taken care of by checkin personnel, called back for procedure immediately, and Chris completed injection promptly. Total appointment completed including checkout in 20 minutes. Excellent service by all with this appointment with Dr McArthur. I am a 91 year old and have been getting these injections for a major knee bone on bone for 6 plus years and will be returning back in 3 months for another. Could not ask for anything better!

My appointment with Chris, Dr. McArthur’s P.A. went very well. He really takes time to listen, and answer questions. He went over post-op instructions & suggestions thoroughly. He showed us the current X-Rays and explained them to us. Chris is a real professional!

So that I can avoid having hip replacement, I opted to have an injection into my hip instead. I was very pleased that, even though I was given a low dose of the medicine , it lasted more than 5 1/2 months. It probably would’ve gone six months, but I just decided to go ahead and get the second injection because I was already in the office. Dr. McArthur explains everything very clearly, and I am very happy I found him. If ever I do need a hip replacement, if I live that long, I will certainly have Dr. McArthur perform it.
