Dr Merrifield is one of the greatest doctors I have had. Saved my life.. He is professional, polite, sincere and great at what he does. He was quick to diagnose me and explained every step, every test along the way, to ensure me that he would figure out what the problem is. And he did.. Thank you Dr Merrifield

I haven't been a patient of Dr. Merrifield's for very long, but I can already tell that he cares. He's very down-to-earth, and explains everything that's going on. At my latest appointment, an issue was discovered that was outside of his specialty. Fair enough. He referred me to a dermatologist he raves about, and personally called in a favor to get me in ASAP. Instead of dealing with a 6 month wait, I see her in less than 2 weeks. I've been dealing with this issue for almost a year, mostly due to wait times, and Dr. Merrifield calling in a favor like he did means a lot to me. I left the office disappointed that I'm not yet out of the woods, but impressed with the quality, personal care I received.

Exceeded in every way my anxiety about the setting, the procedure and the staff. Group Health was smart to contract all this instead of keeping it in house. These folks are pros and make the patient feel at the center of things. Dr. Merrifeld excudes the confidence one hopes for and a directness that's signals focus on the task at hand. Excellent level of interaction prior to the examination. Follow up review with my wife on my procedure was to the point and reassuring.

Dr. Merryfield is a great Doctor, with excellent doctor patient communication skills. He is very pleasant, and keeps me well informed.
