I accidentally gave Dr Miller a one star rating when is more like a ten star surgeon !!!

I am so fortunate that I was directed to Dr Miller for my surgery . His follow up visits while I was hospitalized expressed caring , professional ,and comforting traits that left me believing I was in the best hands possible .

Dr. Ben comes across as confident in his findings and analysis of patient diagnosis. He took time to answer questions and cares about patient well being.

Our experience with Dr. Miller could not have gone any better. We arrived 2 hours early for our appointment and to our surprise he saw us early. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions before we even had to ask them. He made the diagnosis and treatment of a bone tumor to be an experience that we where very happy to have his help to get us through. I had read the reviews from this web site before our appointment, which left me hesitant, but now I feel those reviews were a disservice to the quality of his care and personal character. Our experience with Dr. Miller and U of I Hospital and Clinics could not have been any better!

Surgery a sucsess cancer gone. My personal experience with him has been very upsetting to the point of not wanting to make my appointments. I feel I have been disrespected and not told in detail what was done to me even when I asked several times. I have got bits and pieces of my surgery by accident from other doctors or nurses over time when calling for other situations. As a cancer patient working very hard to recover I left at times crying and discouraged. Its a shame because he is a great sugeon but it doesnt end there!

I found Dr. Miller and his staff caring and professional. They helped me and my family through a difficult time. Would recommend to anyone.

I would never go back to this doctor. He was extremely rude and lacked bedside manner. He told me I didn't fit into the group he was looking to practice on for his medical portfolio since he is a fairly new doctor (basically, I wouldn't look good on his resume)! Very poor excuse for a doctor practicing in such an excellent clinic.

God complex, arrogant, didn't care what I had to say, didn't take enough time to explain diagnosis or treatment options, bad bedside manner
