Dr. Benjamin Pierce Rambicure, MD

Dr. Rambicure is a pleasant and competent physician, but his office staff is the worst that I’ve encountered. There is absolutely ZERO follow-through with his employees despite commitments they make to you on the phone or in person. Ultimately, Dr. Rambicure is responsible for providing a complete service to his patients, so to allow his office staff to treat patients in such unprofessional ways is the nail in the coffin for me as a continued patient. If Dr. Rambicure were ignorant of these issues, I’d give him a free pass to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, he’s been made aware and there have been no positive changes during my time as his patient. I like Dr. Rambure as a person and a physician, but mismanagement of office staff has finally motivated me to seek a new general practitioner.

Amazing doctor...takes the time to actually listen!

Everyone was friendly appointment was timely no waiting at all most of the time When I seen the dr I felt as though he was talking to me not at and listened to what I had to say and he addressed each issue I was there for thoroughly and and if it was not something he covered they had some one call with in an hour to schedule with someone in the needed field Was a great experience and has made going to the dr non dreadful they really seemed to care
