Beware: This MD considers looking in your nose to be surgery, and bills you as such. This was the surprise I got when they sent me the bill which was leftover from my insurance and co pay. I feel like as a patient I should be informed when I am going to be having "surgery" performed on me rather than him just saying "ok I'm going to be looking in your nose now." (Which I thought was an ENT's job anyway.) After two minutes of his "surgery" he decided I was fine and gave me a script for nose spray. I feel that this is very unethical and unprofessional. The session was very rushed and I still have the same problems I came in with, except now I'm left with this bill for "surgery". Fantastic job doc, I hope its worth it for you. On a side note, his nurse was very courteous.

I realy didnt expect that my surgery with Dr Benjamin webb will be in a such good result. Nothing to hesitate. You take an appointment. He checks. You need a surgery. Suregry set up. Surgery day, no fear or anything to be worry about. you'll be out in couple of hours. when your home get some rest. after a week its ALL done. I can breath better after 18 years now.Its more alot than words that can describe this young gentleman.
