He is a great doctor and would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.. He cares for his patients and is a doctor you can trust to help you with your medical needs ..

Don't fall for the initial kindness. This is the worst staff I've ever seen.

Our father is in a nursing/rehab facility. Dr. Zertuche is the attending physician for the nursing/rehab facility. The family has made numerous requests for the doctor to increase the dose of a very needed medication in order to help the patient's congestive heart failure. Dr. Zertuche has ignored all requests and seems to think he knows better than the specialists that have treated and prescribed the medication for this patient. His staff is rude and even hung up on a family member trying to get the doctor to listen and help the patient. Pulled the family member from the facility and transported to the hospital. Hoping for the best as he may not be able to recover from this downward spiral brought on by Dr. Zertuche. Dr. Zertuche is not GOD, and should not act like he is.

Exceptional wait time. Seldom see doctor. When I do see him he is in and out and does not have time for patients. Does not reapond in a timely manner for refill requests. Has made several mistakes concerning necessary medical care.

Dr Zertuche is knowledgeable, warm and very good at making you feel at ease in his office. His office staff, totally sucks. Never answer or return calls, rude and have no follow through when the doctor instructs them to set appointments with specialist, etc, for you. But he is great.

He was very rude, in a huge rush (he just walked in the room and within maybe not even 10 min he was done) && I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone I know!

Love, love, love my doctor! I dont hesitate to recommend him to all. He is a very caring and compassionate man and his sense of humor lightens the mood. His staff are friendly and professional. His new office is great. I cant think of a bad thing to say!

Dr. Zertuche took me on as a patient when I was admitted to a hospital that was 7 hours away from my primary doctor. We moved to his area and he is now my primary doctor. He listens and cares. He has a great sense of humor and an easy manner, but is down-to-earth. He is not an alarmist and looks for the best route to treat a patient. I never worry about calling because his receptionist is always nice and tries to schedule me quickly. Everyone in the office calls me by name and asks questions from the last visit. His nurses are so nice and caring. I am thrilled his is now our doctor.

Dr. Z is a great dr. He delivered my 2nd child and it was a great experience. He is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner (very easy to talk to). My only complaint would be that his staff is not very friendly or helpful. Overall it was great having him as our doctor and i will continue to recommend him to all!!

He is a wonderful man and doctor. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a doctor.
