None of the staff there seems to be on the same page. I had a nurse tell me something different regarding my surgery each time that I am there, and then they deny what they have said. They also tell you that you will be billed for your surgery, and the day before they will ask for a LARGE payment. I drove to Lubbock from out of town to see this doctor and regretted every moment of it. I cancelled my surgery today! I will never go back as long as the same staff is working there.

Dear Dr. Phillips,My daughter is a patient of yours and talked very highly of you. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude to me. I finally called Dr. Farooqi's office and got an appointment there. My daughter called your office today to speak with you or the nurse. The receptionist wanted to know what the problem was and acted irritated. This is not a pleasant experience and would rather visit another doctor where they care about the patients. This is not a good experience at all when calling your office.
