Dr. Bernadette J Arnecke, MD

Dr. Bernadette Arnecke was my wife's and my doctor for over five years when she was with Cigna. She was the best!! No matter what the visit was for she knew exactly what to do and would provide written information on the ailment and helpful treatment for it. She was so pleasant just like our small town doctors in the past. We were disappointed when she left Cigna. Hopefully she likes her current location. We each truly loved her.

We waited around an hour and a half for Dr. Arnecke to come in. She, and two of her staff, confirmed that excessive wait times are common there. They blamed their poor time management and scheduling problems on Cigna and said the only alternative is to take the first appointment of the day.

The only positive thing I have to say about my experience here was that the staff is very friendly. Three nurses tried to get blood out my arm and hand for a routine physical I was having done. They where not able to get blood out so they sent me to the blood lab. The blood lab had no problem with getting the blood out. That whole thing wasted 5 hours of my day. I told the nurse practitioner that I had my physical done by that I have excessive bruising and excessive hair loss. When I they called me with the blood lab results they told me that everything came back normal. They are dismissive of my health problems and will not help me any further with figuring out or referring me to a specialist about my excessive bruising and hair loss. I will not being going back there it was a complete waste of my time.

Dr. Arnecke is an amazing Doctor, she takes the time to sit and listen to you and you dont feel rushed. I looked for a good doctor for 10 years and found her. I only trust her with my care now. She is honest, she makes you feel like she actually cares for you and your well being. Not like other doctors that make you feel beneath them or rushed.
