Para que la Mayoria de las personas me entiendan el servicio es muy malo pero por lo que se paga me imagino que ella dal el trato page $25 y me senti como una basura la doctora no tiene ni un poquito de etica no hay necesidad de gritarle a las personas mucho menos si se esta pagando desafortunadamente la mayoria de las personas que visitan esta doctora son hispanas les recomedaria que consigan a alguien con mejor etica su titulo de doctora no les llega a los tubillos

I didn't go to this doctor simply because I tried to call the number listed and the person yelled "GO AWAY" and hung up. I thought I might have misdialed because there's no way a professional would answer a phone like that and so I called again and the same rude person yelled "what do you want? This is a private line." I explained that it was the number listed and I was calling to make an appointment and she said "well we're trying to leave right now and we're walking out the door and you keep calling." Absolute nonsense. She should have her license taken away and this will absolutely be reported.

Dirty, unprofessional, wrong diagnostic!! Don't go to this doctor, she is affordable but it's not worth it. Better pay a good Doctor than get wrong diagnostic, she almost ruined my life!! Besides her having no matters her staff is just the same. Not a professional practice

I attended this so called "Doctor" for a simple physical for my son. As soon as I walked in I was attended by the arrogant, rude, and uneducated secretary/doctor assistant. Aside from the office looking like some type of third world country office with dirty carpet, dirt everywhere, walls peeling out, horrible smell with a filing system that is literally in the closet. This so called office was full like a train station on peak hours. I waited from 12pm to 4pm and I had to leave that is a four hour wait time for a simple physical. Aside from the secretary being arrogant And unprofessional, I was expecting a lot better customer service while asking to speak to Dr. Reyes, expecting a doctor to have skills to talk to her patients , well I was wrong she is just as rude, arrogant and unprofessional as her secretary if not worst. After doing some research I found out this doctor graduated from Manilla in the Philippines, maybe she needs learn some customer service specially when she is… the only doctor in this location. I know this doctor is somewhat "affordable" but because you do not have the resource or money to afford double the price for another doctor it is not an excuse to run a type of practice without a care in the world for your own patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THAT PAYING AN EXTRA $20 or $30 ITS WOULD BE WORTH IT.

the office is dirty, the staff has no manners as well as the doctor and the service she gave is not professional, she makes mistakes on the prescriptions and doesn't want to give a receipt to her cash paying custormers.

Okay Doctor for colds. Even then she is handing out antibiotics like candy when they are not warranted. Her handling of diabetes Type 1 poor. But if you have cash you'll be given some kind of care.
