He is an amazing Dr !

I have been seeing Dr. Drexinger for over 15 years. He is incredibly talented and knowledgable. He is very accomadating and makes his patients comfortable. Answers any and all questions, spends the neccessary time needed to explain if you don't understand, and answers all questions. His staff is fabulous and tries to accomadate everyone with appointments or whatever is needed. Though he normally runs behind schedule, it's definately worth it to see a quality doctor.

WOW! When I came in for my annual appointment, I couldn't believe my eyes. The office was clean, organized and I was greeted by a friendly voice! (Which was not my usual experience) What a change from the way things use to be. I found out that the entire staff is new! What a breathe of fresh air. I was expecting to be waiting hours, and I only had to wait 15-20 minutes, which is about normal for a doctors appointment wait. Dr. Drexinger still took the time address my questions and concerns. BIg changes in this office and all for the better!

Wouldn't be alive without his knowledge, skills and outlook

it is tedious trying to find place that enables me to email this Dr. regarding a previous office visit. ability to email is important since I have no transportation other than my daughter who lost her previous job due to her having to take me to all my dr. appts.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but in this case I thought it is important to give fair warning to people who are considering going to this provider. My PCP, whom I respect greatly, had recommended that I see Dr. Drexinger after several months of dealing with migraines and vertigo. So in spite of the many online reviews that had remarked that this doctor was habitually late, I decided to make my appointment . Per the offices request, I arrived early for my appointment to fill out paper work and whatnot. I even sighed a document that clearly stated that I had 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel. A fine would billed to me if I neglected to call before hand. There I sat for a very long time. When I asked the receptionist if he was coming, she said that sometimes he is late due to traffic. Mind you..I left early from my home so I could battle the traffic and get there on time. I was finally called back to the examination room only to sit there for a another good… long time without being seen. Where was Dr. Drexinger? His staff surely didn't know. The entire time I was there, he was no where to be found. The receptionist attempted to call him..no response. FINALLY, I get the news that he has cancelled all of his morning appointments. He didn't provide a reason but the receptionist offered this excuse, and I quote â?? Maybe he had a late night.â?? She offered to reschedule . I responded, no, because it would be impossible to trust a physician who demonstrates such a blatant disregard for his patientâ??s issues and personal time. In addition, who could have confidence in a doctor who is unreachable by his staff no less. I was told that I could make an appointment with one of the other two doctors â??who are on time for their appointmentsâ??. Maybe the other two doctors are the most professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, customer focused physicians who every graced the face of this earth. Too sadly, their partner is an embarrassing reflection of the entire practice. Based on my experience I most certainly will not patronize this practice again.

Have been waiting over 1 month for test results. Have called office 9 times....no results or follow up by Doctor or staff.

With a relatively early appointment for 9:45 and only 2 other Drexinger patients in the waiting room ahead of me, I expected to see the doctor within an hour to 90 minutes. But even after repeated requests for an update made to the office manager and receptionist, after 3 1/2 HOURS! I still had not seen any sign of him. I was finally taken to an exam room but, other than a noisy staff lunch in the next room, there was no sign of Dr. Drexinger. I walked the halls but there were no other patients in any of the rooms. He had arrived late to work, had no emergencies, few other patients, I had an early appointment but no doc. Due to another appointment at 1:30, I finally had to leave without seeing him. I will never go back.
