Dr. Bernard Allan Rosenberg, MD

I've known Dr. Rosenberg for 35 years and I've known his staff for that same number of years. I've been his patient. My children have all been his patient at one time or another in their lives when they needed support. I'm also in healthcare. He is the most compassionate, caring psychiatrist you'll ever know. Please keep in mind that the people who have negative things to say correlate to that faction of the population who have the most severe boundary and coping issues and lose their sh!t when they can't control the people around them. Any long wait is because he is not interested in kicking people out of the office when a timer is buzzing. If you make an appointment, allow for plenty of time. He wants to be sure he has all the information you need to convey so that when you leave you feel like at least someone on this God-forsaken planet has your back, and he's got your back.

I love Dr Rosenberg. He is patient, kind, compassionate, and he truly cares for you. He spends a great amount of time with each patient, getting to know you as a person so he can actually help you change your life for the better. Anytime I would cry he would always make a joke to try and cheer me up. He is truly a good man and an even better doctor. He has set me on a good path in life and he helped saved me from the desire to end my life, which haunted me from years. Other doctors played hot potato with so much medication but he always knew the right combination and never wanted to overmedicate and make me a zombie. If you’re looking for a doctor to help you get better, he is the one to see. Julia P

I saw Dr. Rosenberg for the first time yesterday, and absolutely love him! He's very easy to talk to and understands things that many other doctors don't. I didn't feel rushed at all. He's very funny, too! As far as wait time goes, I waited about 45 minutes. I was happy to do so, because not only is he worth the wait, but people also need to understand that he is doing his job by being thorough. Isn't that what you want him to do for you? I also saw nothing wrong with the front office staff. The woman who greeted me and took my payment after my appointment was very friendly! Go see him. You won't regret it! ??

Dr. Rosenberg has consistently shown himself willing to try whatever is necessary to fix the problems presented to him. I can not recommend him highly enough.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rosenberg for 2 and a half years, and even if I come in in tears, I leave with a smile. He always makes me feel better, never rushes me during my appointment (even if I wait for a while I’m the waiting room). He is amazing and truly care about my emotional and mental well being. He takes the time to understand my thoughts and emotions, although they constantly change with my borderline personality disorder and bipolar depression. He will truly change your life for the better and help put you on the right track towards positive improvement. He returns my phone calls personally when I have a problem, doesn’t ever make me feel like a burden (as past doctors have), and I know he will never abandon me as I feel others have. I never want a new psychiatrist! No matter what you struggle with, he will see you through.

We saw Dr Rosenberg quite a few years ago and I can tell you that the bad taste he left still hasn't cleared up. The man is reckless with his dispensing of medication and when you tried to call him because your child is having a problem with the medicine he prescribed he takes three days to call back. Thank God we found a wonderful psychiatrist that my son still uses to this day. I wouldn't send my dog to him.

Really like the doc. But front office staff leaves a little to be desired. Receptionist is cordial but hopefully you never have to deal with the RX Nurse. Nurse ratchet is a miserable person who is very judgmental, uncaring, rude and a mean person. She should not be in a perfession that deals with people battling depression and other mental disorders - she truly lacks compassion. He would be doing himself a favor by replacing her. The wait can be long but worth the time as long as you don't have to deal with her.
