Read a review about waiting times for the office....no one likes to wait in a doctors office, BUT, when the doctor does come in he LISTENS to you! Dr Schanzer takes the time to question you and gives a complete exam!! He is well worth the waiting time!

Dr Schanzer is an outstanding doctor

After 5 visits with this Dr, I find that his office staff has no respect for a patients time.Even though we arrive early and are ontime for appointments, we are left sitting in the waiting room for up to 45 minutes. The quickest we were ever shown to an exam room was 15 minutes, but then waited another 15 minutes for the Dr to come in.Even though this issue was discussed early on with the Doctor, there has been no change. When time spent in the waiting room and the exam room waiting for to be seen exceeds the amount of time the Dr spends with their patient, it is time to go elsewhere.Our most recent visit was the last straw - - we walked out without waiting for the Doctor to see us after 45 minutes and we did not receive an explanation or even an apology from the staff over the delay. The disrespect was inexcusable.We have requested that our GP refer us to another neurologist. We refuse to be taken for granted and treated in this manner and will not under any circumstances return to… this Doctor.
