Dr. Williams takes the time with me and makes me feel at ease when discussing any issues. He has provided excellent care over the years!!

I have seen 5 different Urologists in the past 10 years, due to them moving or retiring. Certainly, anyone could understand that for a very private specialty, you want to see someone that you are comfortable with and can talk easily with. Dr. Williams is concerned about your health, and listens to what you tell him. His bedside manner is much better than others I have seen and I don't dread my appointments. I would recommend him to anyone.

0 stars if I could. First visit was 45 minutes late. 1hr 45 minutes late today, and he didn't even have the ultrasounds that he reffered me for from 3 weeks ago. Highly disorganized and rude staff. I will never be going back here again. I have no idea how this office has 3.9 stars. Must be the reception desk writing reviews instead of taking care of patients.

Dr.Williams, Karen and Brenda are awesome! The front receptionist, Tammy, is rude and unprofessional. I understand HIPPA and release of information forms, however, to be so rude and ignorant as to NOT even taken a written message concerning the delivery and signature for my husband's medication to their office was and is totally unacceptable. Especially given the fact my husband and I have had many phone calls with them concerning his medication.....never a problem before until "Tammy." I'm grateful this was not an emergency.

Dr. Williams msy be a good doctor but his staff is enough to drive you away. They appear disorganized, billing comes months after your visit and now they have been putting in a new phone system for over a month and you can only reach an answering service no matter when you call. Even leaving messages does not get a return call. We have been trying to get copies of records for almost a month with no success. I guess our new urologist will have to do without. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to this office.

I had been planning on getting a vasectomy for some time and used this site as well as others to find a Urologist I thought I would be comfortable with. I scheduled an initial consultation for the first step and was a little disappointed that the first visit was going to be three weeks away. I had waited 12 years since my last child was born, what's three more weeks? I was told to arrive "a few minutes early" by the person I spoke with. I arrived at what I thought was 3:15 for a 3:30. The glass window was closed and the only person in reception was on the phone. I sat and began reading a magazine while I waited for her (or anyone else) to offer me the requisite paperwork. While I was sitting, another patient entered and approached the glass, at just the time the only person behind it got off the phone. I waited for about 3-4 minutes more while they were discussing a prescription and finally interrupted by apologizing and asking for the paperwork. This was followed by the woman… behind the glass and I having an exchange about whether I arrived at 3:15 or 3:18 as she corrected me "because I was looking at the clock when you arrived". She then advised that the doctor was busy and maybe I should reschedule?! I don't know anything about the doctor, but he could do himself a great service by cleaning house in the front office.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Williams. I came to know Dr. Williams while in the hospital for an infection that developed after having badder surgery, peformed by a local urologist. Dr. Willilams was on call for the other Dr.and visitied me while my Dr. was away. Dr Williams was put in a difficult situation given the severity of my infection and input by other doctors. However, he was the utmost professional and gained my trust immediately. Once able to be discharged from the hospital. I immediately left my prevous urologist who errogantly put my best interests aside and switched to the caring and professional Dr. Bert Williams. As for the staff. I am extremely shocked by feedback I have read here. Any one I have spoken too or worked with has been professional, responsive and very caring. I have found when people are treated with respect, you always get it in return. It works for me!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Williams for several years so when My husband needed a urologist we knew who to go to. Dr. Williams is great.

I have had the worst exoerience with this office and am at this moment looking for another doctor. Incompetent does not even begin to cover how bad this staff is. they always promise a call back that has yet to happen in almost 2 years. I needed a preauthorization for a medication and the first time it took almost a year to get done. that expired after a year and we are now at 7 months and still no preauthorization. so i wait never any update. i call the insurance company and find out that it is as easy as calling and giving them the information over the phone. i said this to the office staff and was told "thats not how we do it". well obviously then the "way you do it" does not work. i was told since it wasnt life threatening the insurance company was slow to react. the insurance companys response was absolutely not the case. they were willing to take the information over the phone. the staff was not willing to do this even tho i have been waiting for 7 mos. Additionally i paid my… copay with my debit card and then got a bill saying i owed the copay. i had to go into the office and show my bank statement on my phone and they still werent convinced. after digging thru their paperwork they found the receipt. in the meantime one of the ladies copied my debit card on the xerox machine. AND THEN I GOT A BILL THE NEXT 2 MONTH FOR IT AGAIN. the doctor is nice enough but the staff is terrible and has no customer service what so ever. i would NOT recommend this office to anybody. i will not be returning.
