Omg he is the worse assistant I ever met ,he has no good manners ,he is very rude 150% he is very unprofessional, and not only with me ,I moved my daughter with this doctor because I really like the doctor ,but Walter is very rude and disrespectful with my daughter too .he needs to find happiness in life because only an unhappy person act the way how he acts ,I work in a dental office and I would never in my life would treat the patients like that ,he looks and acts like if someone is forcing him to work ,honestly a professional Doctor shouldn’t have an assistant like Walter ,imagine to go to school for so many years ,make it to be a doctor for so many years ,and having an assistant like that ? Is NOT worthy at all , come on Doctor Bertha Gonzalez, find a person who has kindness and respect ,specially respects ,because this person doesn’t appreciate his job ,he doesn’t appreciate the people ,because thanks to the people he has a job and he should respect them ,but every time me and my… daughter call he is very rude ,DOCTOR BERTHA GONZALEZ, your title and your office and your patients deserve professional people working with you not an AMARGADO like Walter! He doesn’t even deserve a star

The doctor is a good doctor ,I like her ,I’m not happy at all with her assistant ,Walter ,oh nooo ,he is very disrespectful, every time me and my daughter call he is very rude ,he looks and sounds like if someone is forcing him to do his job ,an assistant should be nice with their patients,but he has no good manners, a lot of things happened to me and my daughter with this person ,Walter ,I don’t understand why a professional doctor has a person working like that at her office, honestly I work in a dental office and I would never treat the patients the way how Walter is been treating me and my daughter ,I like the doctor but this assistant is just hate and madness and disrespectful manners ,I hope one day he finds happiness on his life ,because just an unhappy person can act exactly like the way Walter does ! But the girls and the Doctor are nice ,i had to call my insurance to report him ,sometimes people don’t know that we can report them to the insurance and they open a claim agains… this kind of people !

Terrible service the nurses hired to help people like the inconsiderate Bernice and Walter will battle with you over the phone treat you like an insignificant being when I've been insured with Bertha for years. Demanded I come to the office for a checkup before my blood pressure medicine was filled. But the doctor is only available 3 days a week. Asked where do I go when I have a heart attack suggested I find someone to call 911 and blamed myself for my health as I did schedule months in advance. This hole should lose their license!!! They will be under Investigation for malpractice while I switch providers.

The doctor is only available 3 days a week. They refuse to refill medicine unless you are seen and make an appointment within those 3 days and even with one you wait 2-3 HOURS. Most of the time you’ll get condescending rude nurses that Hangup and curse at you under there breathe like the oh so terrible BERNICE. Disgusting establishment that I will switch providers from as my senior father on SSI had to wait to get his high blood pressure medicine for weeks, should have SUED THEM when his health declined to their negligence and absences. DUE NOT GO HERE

Rude staff. Don't listen to complaint. Argue with you. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Dr seems to quick to see you. Doesn't fully listen. Will not recommend.

Nice doctor if you can get passed the staff. Horrid is the word and maybe a few other descriptions like lazy, rude, hateful, know it all, crappie attitude and just plain ignorant reception staff. It is possible Dr. Gonzales is clueless to how patients are miss-treated and treated like less than zero. Lets face it is not easy to find caring doctors like Dr. Gonzales but after years of seeing good staff leave and the bad staff stay I was just tired of the bull. What mean is the hoops I had to jump through every time we needed to see the doctor. So run do not walk to a doctor with staff that are respectful of their patients and have a brain.
