Worst experience ever, was waiting for over an hour from the appointment time. The front desk lady was not only non-apologetic but had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule instead. Cannot deal with service providers that don't care about customer service.

Had to change doctors after the doctor I had for over 25 years retired. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Dr Bebout hasn’t disappointed. She’s very pleasant and takes the time to listen to you. She’s a little on the quiet side but it doesn’t mean she’s not being attentive to your needs. Again, I find her very pleasant and trust my health to her care.

Going to the doctor is never fun. Dr Bebout listens and addresses my concerns. She does a great job looking after my health and my future.

I have been a patient for many years and I have no complaints. She spends time with you and takes time to explain things.

Dr Bebout is very patient, understanding, and has an excellent bedside manner. Very trustworthy in her diagnosis and treatment.

If I could give no stars, I would. I will never go back. It was a horrible experience. I got in my car and cried.

She was very brusque and seemed to be concerned about other things rather than my health. She totally missed a serious medical condition.

The appointment scheduling was about a month out for new patient. I am not sure how quickly an established pt can be seen for acute issue. Dr. Bebout was thorough and attentive; a good listener.

Dr Bebout is a good dr and listens to the patient. I was dissappointed when she moved her office but continued to go to her. She takes care of my husband and myself. The only issue I have is trying to get a prescription refilled. The girls in the office cut you off and tell you they only except request from the pharmacy. The pharmacy tells you the dr needs to call them. You are in the middle and the office girls are rude and don't seem to care. Even when they answer the phone they are unpleasant. I do have to remark that the nurses have been wonderful.

I have just started as a medical assistant trainee at this office. The doctors and staff are very friendly. I feel very blessed that they have agreed to take me in. We are very busy here, but try to give each patient the very best service. They are currently not taking new patients. Their dance cards are full. Both doctors and nurses see around 20 a day, each. They are prompt when it comes to seeing patients, follow-ups, and seeing to refill orders. Some refills do require follow-up visits to check up on how the patient is doing on them. The staff here are very knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect. They never talk down to you and listen to what you say.
