Dr. Beth Bliss, PsyD

As an attorney, I have worked with Dr Bliss on several occasions as she was assigned by the court to conduct psychological evaluations in custody cases I was involved with. Her reports were comprehensive and unbiased. She takes the time to develop her recommendations and outlines in depth the basis for those recommendations. Custody cases have a tendency to become a he said/she said situation so it is extremely helpful to have an impartial third party to conduct an evaluation. I have had Dr Bliss testify during a recent custody trial as well and she was extremely prepared and knowledgeable throughout her testimony.

Dr. Beth Bliss was appointed to our family when I requested a psychological evaluation because the kid’s mother was (is) verbally and very physically abusive to them. The mother also failed to protect our children from a known child predator, instead protecting the predator. The mother presents as nice, charming and a caring mother-something she has been incredibly adept at doing for many years outside the home - Mommy Dearest. Yet, despite my warnings and Dr. Bliss’s supposed education on such personality disorders, Dr. Bliss was easily fooled and wrote in her report, mother, “just wants to be a good mom.” I believe my kids deserve a good mother - Dr. Bliss does not. Dr. Bliss is careless, negligent and too inexperienced and too uneducated in the ways of parental alienation - and ultimately, a failure to my kids and their relationship with their mother.
