Dr. Beth Ann Boyles, MD

I have never been treated like this before. It was hard to schedule the appointment plus she was rude. I schedule the appointment, she didn't give me any directions or even called/text to remind me. The only thing she gave me was the address (very fast) she acted like she doesn't care or even have time for me. I arrived at the Riverside hospital ON TIME, I asked the front desk where to go, they gave me the wrong directions, then I went all the way back to the front disk, and it took me around 10 min to find out where to go and every person I asked (they all work there) gave me different directions, then I called the doctor office to get some help, the lady who answered me, asked for my name, and when I told her my name and I explain that I'm at the hospital and can't find the office, she said you need to reschedule the doctor can't see you today (AFTER 10 MIN ONLY)!!! I tried to explain to her that I arrived on time, but I was given wrong directions, she repeated again would you like… to reschedule, I said NO. The lady at the front office waked with me to the doctor office finally, and explained to the lady at doctor office that I arrived on time, she kept saying the doctor said she can't see you anymore! I was 10 min late because she hired unqualified staff with zero customer service skills, and extremely rude. I called my doctor and asked for another referral because there is NO WAY I will go back there. The doctor and her staff have no respect for patients, I took a half day off from work to see her that day, the doctor and her staff didn't care at all.

As I say here looking at my beautiful children I started reminiscing days they came into my life which made me think of Dr. Beth who was there for me through the whole process with both of them I don’t know how I would’ve made it sometimes without her she is god sent!!!! Such a beautiful soul!

You will never find a more compassionate, dedicated and lovely lady as Dr. Beth is. She spends quality time with you and treats you as her own and not just a patient. I appreciate the care Dr. Beth has given to me for over 25 years!

Beth, delivered my 15 yr old and my new baby. Her bedside manner is awsome. Listen, she is the best obgyn I have been too. She explains everything throughout, as well as cares. Don't take a chance go with Beth. I have referred her many times.

Dr Beth has delivered all four of my children. She is the most compassionate Dr I've ever met in my life. I recommend her to everyone! She is an amazing person with a huge heart!!! All the staff there are amazing. Great people

Dr. Beth is the only ob/gyn I have seen. I like her very much. I find her to be very kind, compassionate and understanding. Staff nurses are good as well. Overall quite pleased and would recommend this practice.

She delivered my son, and will be delivering my daughter in a few days! She is very caring, listens to all my issues and problems, and is very good at what she does. I feel very blessed to have found someone as amazing as her. A HUGE thumbs up from me and my babies! :)

Beth Boyles is wonderful!! I have gone to her for 20 years. My mom goes to her and now my pregnant daughter see her. I hope she never retires!!

I Love Dr Boyles. If I ever get pregnant again, I will definitely choose her again. :)

I have been going to Dr. Beth for over 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else even though I now live an hour away. Would recommend her and her staff to anyone.
