I was a patient several years ago. The best thing that happened was when she no longer accepted my insurance. Too busy for her own good. Trivialized my care too often. I'm in the medical field myself and know what good care is. Go somewhere else.

The WORSE Dr. that I have encountered to date. Something is seriously wrong with her. Some years back She diagnosed me incorrectly and had the audacity to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me but wanted some money. I was involved in a very serious auto accident .....rear ended by an 18/wheeler semi and living with the problems to this day. The story is too long to tell but something is SERIOUSLY WRONG......I don't think it has anything to do with being frank or candid something is not right. My rating is 0 star but in order to submit a review you have to at least give 1 star.

She didn't diagnosis my husband with having an enlarged heart. Her assessments were quick & not thorough. He unfortunately passed away from having an enlarged heart. I was told, when assessed correctly (even when listening to the heart with a stethoscope) it could've been noted. When I gave her the autopsy results (cardiomegaly), she said it was a stroke. I, being a registered nurse knew what cardiomegaly was. She either didn't know what that word meant or just tried to cover it up. Patients with a history of high BP should be tested further.

Went in for recurring malaise and before any medical questions or examination, asked me if I know what psychosomatic means. It got worse from there... I am switching doctors!

The support staff was extremely rude! I don't usually have any problem with dealing with Lower paid employees, but it's a little more challenging when they can't even put a grammatically correct sentence together. I just received a very aggressive phone call a moment ago telling me they will not write a prescription because I haven't gone to an appointment with a specialist yet. The only issue is that I can't even get them to write a referral for it.

I love Dr. Philpotts wonderful always smiling, caring and compassionate and very accurate when it comes to diagnosis I have been her patient for 3 years now.

Doctor is TOO focused on weight issues. Even the registrars at her own hospital don't like her bed side manner or her focus on the issues that you come in for. UGH!!! Switching doctors now! The only reason I gave her the high accuracy is because I only came in for an ear infection after having a cold.
