I would say fraudulent misrepresentation, but that has a specific legal definition pertaining to property. Beth knowingly and intentionally misrepresents facts and straight up lies to create conflict between parents, and pit them against each other. She finds pleasure in knowing the harm she is causing the children by keeping them from a loving parent. She is truly a sick, sadistic person.

Um... wow? I can't believe I actually paid her. Just bad. She take literally over 40-80 days to respond to simple requests, if she ever did, then blamed you me her delay. On many occasions, she simply never responded. She charged me to read my emails, again to print my emails, yet again to file my emails. Why are you printing AND filing emails? AND charging .2 hours @ $270/hr to do it? She will wring as much money from you as she can. As a “neutral”, she will never be held accountable for her actions, or her billing. She is a phony and a fraud.

Beth Harrington clearly is not competent to be a parenting consultant. She is unable to put the children's best interest in the center of her decision making. Instead, she side with the parent she likes more. She gets angry if you propose alternatives to her edicts, especially if you show how your proposal is better. She hides behind her status and credentials, but she is a complete fraud.

Very offended by asking questions regarding her decisions. In response, she made up fallacious claims in her memorandums. Very childish.

If you want your child(ren) protected from an abusive parent she is not the person to go to. She will put your child(ren) in danger and will not listen to your concerns. She will give you labels even though her job is supposed to be to evaluate the best interests of the children involving parents. Stay away from here

Beth get some sadistic pleasure out of denying one parent any meaningful parenting time with their kids, especially when all the evidence shows that parent is loving and competent.
