I like her

Upon reading her chart notes, I understand why my health went form excellent to poor. She does not listen although you think she is. She diagnosis your problem but does not follow through. [example: She said I needed physical therapy but did not write the order.} She does not order necessary tests even though Medicare pays for the test. You have to INSIST she treat you for an ongoing illness; otherwise, she will say something like she will she you about this 6 weeks from now. Four years later I demanded insomnia drugs for my problem. Please, see another doctor.

Abrupt and terse, seems impatient and pressured, even though the appointment was made well in advance. Needs to improve communications. She is quick to refer to specialists which in my case, shouldn't have been necessary if she took just a few minutes longer to ask questions so she could come to the correct diagnoses.

All she has ever done for me, outside of my annual physical, is send me to specialists and cost me a lot of money. This has been her way for the multiple years I have been seeing her.
