Dr. Beth Ellen Rundquist, MD

We have been patients of “Dr Beth” for more than 2 years - she is a compassionate doc who listens and takes time to get to know patients and parents. Cannot give higher than 5, but I would. Also, love that she goes to Winfield - we see her every year.

I took my daughter in for a check up, to enter her into a horse back riding group,, everything went normal,But than As I was about to leave the nurse said,NO,,You can not leave I must vaccinate your daughter,,, I pleaded,,,Not right now,,We will discuss this when I set a new appointment,,,,,,The nurse than grabbed my daughters arm forcefully and yelled for Beth Rundquist to enter the room,,,,,,Beth than grabbed my daughters arm while the other nurse blocked the door,,,,,,I pleaded please don't do this my conscience is against it,,,My daughter was trying to fight away from her,,,,I pleaded PLEASE,,,Is there a religious exception,,,,It is against my religious conscience that you are forcing this without my consent,,,,,She then forced a needle into my daughters arm,,,,,,I was SO UPSET,,,,A HORRIBLE experience that I have no freedom to choose my own healthcare decisions,,,My daughter and I have been crying all week living under under extreme trauma,,,,,This woman is the most evil woman I… have ever met in my life,,,A pure DEMON who forces her views on others,For conscience sake,,,Stay away from her,,,,My life will be affected forever from the experience I went through,,,HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Rundquist treats both of my daughters. She literally studies kids, their moods, their likes their dislikes... she knows them in public when she sees them! Dr. Rundquist is all over the community enjoying the school programs and sporting events of her patients, she's their practice's most vocal educator on their informational Facebook page, and she is a strong supporter of reading and the arts. When diagnoses with breast cancer, she courteously made her patients aware, but then never missed a beat, even during her own battle. She is the epitome of strength and intelligence. I trust my kids' lives to her without reservation and am so glad she's a part of our lives and our community.

My kids have seen Dr. Rundquist since 2001 and she is so thorough and just so personable. She's fantastic with kids. I've sometimes wanted to tear my hair out waiting in the exam room with impatient kids, but she spends time with her patients, never rushes, and this is why. She entertains all my questions, has practical suggestions and trusts my individual viewpoints as a parent.

We are moving as a family away from Kansas and I wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Rundquist, the nursing and administration teams for their wonderful help and care over the the last four years. This office was the first medical experience we had in the USA (we are europeans)and it has been a pleasant one! Here's to finding another excellent Pediatrician when we head south!
