I don't recommend coming to this doctor she has no consideration for the patient who is been a long time patient way before she took over the practice. I've never experienced such rudeness especially from Denise at the Chicago office who got mad I got up and walked away because I knew what she was telling me was full of crap. Then let's get to the billing department where the girl will Bill workman's compensation and your insurance because your insurance will pay quicker than workman's compensation and fills up the claim improperly not letting your insurance company know this was an injury visit. You're also charged a co-pay but you have workers compensation which you don't pay a co-pay. And by the girl in the billing department mishandling your claim and can't fix it herself she argued with me on the phone she got rude with me I got rude back. After that I was told I can no longer be patient. But then billing department gal wanted me to help fix her screw up buy me calling my… insurance 2 reverse the charges she billed them for because she charged my insurance that was not even any effect yet from my job. Are you up and going like I said to is this practice when Dr Linda Hendrickson was the doctor and she retired due to her cancer. And I have been seeing Dr griza ever since. I have been a patient for over 10 years and because of some idiotic moron in the billing department who can't do her job correctly and I'm released as being a patient people beware find yourself a better doctor do not go here they manipulate you

I feel blessed to have Dr. Samuelsohn as my doctor. She takes her time to listen and explain everything. She takes the time to know me and my entire family. I’ve been a patient for many years and have recommended her to many of my friends and family members.

I will no longer continue to go there. the nurse said she was stress free but i won't be giving my blood for who knows who or the doctor cuz it didn't have to be taken. Oh she said she thought I was stronger. What? She doesn't know me and I don't communicate with her about what I've been through. But the she can get my blood back that she took too much of that shouldn't have been taken in the first place so I can concentrate on my EKG and upcoming appointmen. Oh, It was not that important to take and wrongly. Don't bother you don't bother me with bad healthcare. Too many blood tests and too much taken. Will again continue to get out of this ugly health cycle it's become. I will concentrate on my EKG and numbness from too much bad healthcare. Look for good healthcare like there used to be. If you can contact the past blood takers who took too much too and you can contact where you send it to and get my blood back. Go find another blood donor. I'm looking for something… besides bad routine healthcare. After my clearance I will no longer go there. Enjoy eachother's company. Same as the other bad healthcare providers I've been too. Instead of just blood tests I will look for someone to talk to and work with for better health instead of getting worse. Yes. I am fed up with this cycle as you can tell so talk amongst yourselves with the others I already had problems with who didn't want to work with me and my suggestions that would've worked better for me. They say people know their own bodies and feelings and after effects. I am not a blood donor.

I am a new patient and couldn't be happier with the experience I had at my first visit. She took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Samuelsohn!

Billing department is terrible. Something has definitely changed at this office. They bill for services you did not request then you have to pay out of pocket. Seems like all they care about is keeping a quota on how much money they are taking in!

I was a new patient of Dr. Samuelsohn. She is excellent. Took a lot of time discussing all the issues and explaining what the workup and treatment will be. So happy I found her!

Cannot get calls back from billing! They bill so that the insurance will not cover your visits and you have to pay out of pocket.

Office codes so that your insurance does not cover and you end up paying out of pocket. It’s impossible to get billing to return calls. If you have billing issues you have to go to the office!

The staff and Doctor herself are so unprofessional. They treat everyone poorly. They hang up on patients over the phone. The doctor refuses to do any authorizations. The staff always has an attitude. You won't be happy at this office. Fair warning.

Super compassionate! Really cares about her patients.
