Dr. Beth M. Siegel, MD

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the lack of sensitivity, professionalism, organization, and patient care. Weeks ago, I made an appointment specifically to see Dr. Siegel, even mentioning she was recommended by someone. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm because I hadn't received a confirmation call, which I found strange. It was confirmed at 12:15pm for the 1:30pm appt with Dr. Siegel. However, upon arrival today, I learned not only did I not have an appointment with Dr. Siegel, but she doesn't see patients on Wednesdays. Irene, the manager, was baffled that we weren't aware our appointment was with someone else. She said she would try to help and spoke to Dr. Siegel, but unfortunately, Dr. Siegel was in meetings all day, and we couldn't be seen. Irene seemed more concerned about reviewing phone recordings to determine who initially made the appointment and confirmed it, rather than trying to remedy this issue. The anxiety and stress… experienced after waiting weeks to see this particular doctor to finally get care and this is what I’m faced with. She also emphasized it takes weeks to get an appt with Dr Siegel. Yes I’m aware!! It's incredibly frustrating to have wasted time seeking the care I really need, only to be treated like this. The focus should be on the patient, not on administrative details. I hope this feedback prompts reflection and major improvement.

Dr. Siegel has been my doctor for years. I relocated to Florida and fly to New York twice a year for my appointments. She laughs and says, "There are good doctors In Florida." I respond, "Ok."

I have been with this doctor since 2002. I feel comfortable with her and I trust her completely. She is the best !!! Debra B

Dr. Siegel is simply amazing and I think over the many years I have seen her she has always demonstrated professionalism, caring and interest. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable and are given the time to ask questions. She always responds at a level of understanding to the patient. I would highly recommend her.

Simply the best. Dr. Siegel is kind, compassionate and skilled. She exhibits genuine concern while taking time to go over everything with you. She overs options and you feel at ease while in her care. My scars are minimal for the procedure I had thanks to her skill. I HIGHLY recommend her!
