Terrible bedside manor, does not listen, condescending.

I am changing Drs she was rude and uncaring walked out of the examining room while I still had questions. Last visit May 2018. Will not go back.

If you get sick She wont know what to do. See her assistance.

Thank God she is no longer with Family Physicians Group. My husband and I had terrible experiences with her. She has NO bedside manner. She knows EVERYTHING, including second-guessing our cardiologists and oncologist. She regularly refused to give me referrals because she knew better, and didn't think I needed to see anyone but her. When a cardiologist wanted to see me for a follow-up, she refused to give me a referral, because she said my labs showed I didn't need to see him. This was a routine follow-up with the cardiologist after I had had a cardiac procedure. I now have a new primary physician....not a minute too soon!

Very poor care- does not take the time to listen to your concerns- if you come in for one issue she will not address any other questions- staff is completely rude- I was treated inhumane- after going to her for 4 yrs I have had enought- DO NOT USE HER

MD entered the office stating " I can no longer help you" My A1C was elevated - Dr. Oliver was arrogant and when asked if she could recommended an Endocrinologist states I don't know your insurance . She was very rude and would not even help me with my diabetes as stating I was noncompliant - which was not the case . When asked if stress could be affecting my numbers I was shot down . In the past year I had 2 total knee replacements - was the major care giver to my husband who had 3 major back surgeries and just returned from taking care of my son who had a cervical fusion. Never once had she offered any kind word or advise just stated that my health was my problem. I am now in the process of getting a new PCP as I have never encountered such a disrespectful MD.

I think Dr. Oliver is a great Dr. and person she takes her time with you and goes over everything with you your never rushed..The staff is very friendly. The wait time is not that long and I don't mind waiting for her..

I really would like to say something positive but all the other one star reviews said it the best and that is there is nothing positive to report. Do not expect anything from those shifty eyes except 2 - 3 minutes of "I know better than you" crap. She will be gone in a flash and you will be asking yourself, "What am I doing here?"
