Dr Betsy takes the time to really get to know her patients and spends the time to make sure everything that's discussed is thoroughly understood by the patient. Highly recommend.

I absolutely think Dr Clemens is amazing!!!! All I can say is the only thing you will regret is not calling sooner! She has helped me! Discomfort, gone! Pain, gone! Bleeding, gone! It is refreshing to have a Doctor spend so much time explaining every aspect of your issue and also explaining in detail a treatment plan. I highly recommend her!

I love Dr Clemens. She is absolutely the best. She takes her time, never rushes you. She makes you feel very comfortable and is so down to earth. If you thinking about going to see her, DO IT!! You will not be disappointed.

I said this to my husband when I got home from my appointment with Dr. Clemens...,"who do you know that gets a hug from their hemmeroid doctor? " I love how she made me feel at ease from my first appointment to this last appointment. In addition, she takes the time to get to know you, asking important questions to see where you are coming from. And explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it. An amazing doctor AND person!!!

She is amazing. She squeezed me in for an emergency appointment and helped me with multiple issues. Was nice, compassionate and very gentle. Also explained everything completely and thoroughly and asked me if I had any questions. I wish all doctors had a bedside manner like hers. Thank You Dr. Betsy!

She will have you laughing and carrying on in no time as she is so silly! The visit to Dr Betsy very quickly took care of a problem my own GP missed causing months of excruciating pain and anxiety. I was so impressed with her whole bedside manner. She very quickly calmed my nerves about being there, explained my situation very thoroughly and got me lined up with treatment. I am looking forward to my next appointment!!

Dr. Montour was great. I have already referred her to 3 friends. And just seen her last night. She explained EVERYTHING to me. As an older man. That can take some doing . She was very professional. Very kind. And took the time to read all the things I have going on medically. Once she examined me. We worked out what needed to be done. And she started the first treatment. Her staff is extremely nice. I don’t have one bad thing to say about my entire experience. I hope this will help ease some concerns for potential future patients.

Knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Offered appropriate alternative treatments and put the ball in my court. Conscious of cost, and pros and cons of procedures. Kept my wife informed as treatment progressed. Scheduled follow up as needed.
