Dr. Betsy Landau, PhD

I started sessions with Dr. Landau when I was in a particularly stressful period of my life: dealing with all the pandemic-related issues, including its impact on my business, as well as a husband who was recovering from major back surgery. I felt I had everything on my shoulders. I was feeling overwhelmed and didn't know how to get myself back on track. Dr. Landau was a godsend! She really listened to me -- and HEARD me -- and helped me devise a strategy for getting myself to where I wanted to be. And, she pushed me (in a good way) beyond what I thought I was ready for. I now have much better control over my time, my work has picked up, I've made plans for two vacations this summer, I've rejoined the gym, and thanks to her guidance (and not letting me off the hook), I have developed a new income stream for my business. I can't recommend her high enough!
