Dr. Betty Ann Bellman, MD

I have been treated by Dr. Bellman for a large range of issues and have consistently received the best of care. She is a gifted diagnostician and clinician. In addition, Dr. Bellman has a great staff and they have always treated me with great professionalism and courtesy. I recommend Dr. Bellman very highly !

I went to this doctor a few months ago and the office staff was rude and the dr was not helpful at all. My wife went there today and had a similar experience. Think their main focus is to sell their overpriced products and convince people to do unnecessary procedures.

Dr and staff are incredibly rude. Last time I was there they kept me waiting for over an hour and then the dr rushed through the appointment and tried to sell me her overpriced products. Definitely do not go here!

I've waited 4 months for my appointment only to find out that they decided to change my appointment and make me wait another 3 months because Dr. Bellman decided not to come in for her 9AM appointments. So without notice, no phone call, no email, nothing they changed my appointment and pushed me out until May. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?? HOW CAN YOU BE SO RUDE? You should be utterly ashamed of yourself for treat patients this way. Don't waste your time here. There are plenty of better Doctors out there that CARE!

I read the other poor reviews and my experience was the same as the other disappointed patients. The doctor had no time for me and said that I would have to schedule another appointment that any other doctor would have taken care of at that time. I had never written any kind of review before but this one deserved taking my time to express regrets. Run away.

Hi, Good-morning!, I know this might be kind of random, and it's been a while since I've seen you but you've really changed my life as a person. I used to hate myself, I had really low self-esteem, I always used to look in the mirror and start crying because I absolutely hated my appearance. I have always covered my insecurities with makeup, on top of makeup, and more makeup. People used to always come up to me saying things like "why are you so red all the time?", "why you have so much acne", "it's puberty it's going to leave soon","just wash your face more often"! I have heard it ALL. It didn't make me feel any better. But the first time I came to you it was my freshmen year. I was entering high school and I thought it was going to "leave soon" but it never went away. I'll NEVER forget how good you made me feel, you made me feel like my face was perfect! I TOTALLY felt like a doll. You were so nice to me; you never judged me in NO type of way. You also kept a beautiful… smile on your face which made me smile too. Your attitude and vibe gave me an unforgettable memory. My face is now totally gorgeous because of the medication you gave me, even though it was last year, I remember it like it was yesterday. That first night when I used your creme I remember waking up early in the morning and going to the bathroom and looking at my face; "IT'S CLEAR! MY FACE IS SO CLEAR!" I screamed waking up my mom. She said, "Why are you so loud so early in the morning?" I showed her my face with a lot of euphoria because my face looked so different, I was so in shock! I went to see you twice, and now I want to say "Thank You" and it truly comes from the heart. You took a really thick layer full of "insecurity" and "self-hate" off me. Now I feel so much lighter! Today, I have so much confidence in myself. You've unblocked a really big step in my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH ?! Because of my experience, my future desire is to be a dermatologist just like you, and make other girls like me feel pretty again. I am currently in the 10th grade, at Miami Central Senior High, and I would love the opportunity to volunteer in your office. If you ever have the need for a volunteer, please keep me in mind. I usually have to wait for my doctors no matter what kind of doctor I go to. I had a body scan with Dr. Bellman and had to wait 39 minutes to be seen. I did not mind because the level of detail was amazing. She looked me over everywhere and I felt better when I left that my moles were ok. She removed a few that looked dark and I was glad to see such a professional, experienced dermatologist.

The front desk was surprisingly courteous, polite and kind. I was expecting typical "miami customer service" or lack of". I was able to get a last minute appointment, the esthetician who first saw me was so sweet and nice. She was a true professional and briefed me on how long Dr. Bellman has been in practice and how much the practice has grown, she was personable and kind. Dr. Bellman is pretty and efficient. She spent about 4 minutes with me. She told me what the problem was, gave me a suggestion and left. She was prompt. Not warm, not mean, just matter of fact. I thought it was a bit discerning that though I was there for a spot check on my toe, I could not be accomodated for a full body check up-that part does not seem efficient and here again, I feel this is where doctor's offices lack common sense and customer service. She had no available appointments for a spot check until March! pretty ridiculous to book an appointment 6 months in advance-seemed pointless to me. Perhaps the… office can revise how and when a dermotolgy office in South Florida accomodates skin check ups! Isn't that the whole point of early detection?

She is an excellent diagnostician,I am amazed at her accuracy! She saved my husbands life!

I woke up with a bad rash and could not find a dermatologist to see me in such short notice. I called Dr. Bellmans office and they got me in the same day. I had to wait to be seen but I understood that they had other patients. I was greeted very nice and when brought to a room was accommodated the dr came in and it was a great experience she told me what I had and gave me medication. I had a follow up appointment and I had to wait but I remembered that as I came in with a rash and was seen others could be having the same problem so I waited and again it was a great experience. I recommend this Dr. to anyone.
