Dr. Beverly J Roseberry, MD

I'm writing this because one of my friends pointed out there were some negative comments about Dr Roseberry. While a few of her patients may not have be satisfied with her, I am. My son feel from the monkey bars and hurt his arm. He could still move his wrist and fingers and only mildly complained. I saw Dr Roseberry at a cookout the following day. She noticed that my son wasn't his energetic self and asked if anything was wrong. I told her about his fall so she asked to look at his arm. She said it was slightly swollen (I couldn't tell, but I'm the dad, and we aren't necessarily good at diagnosing our kids) and said it was likely broken. She recommended I take him to the ER, which I did. Sure enough, it was fractured. Dr. Roseberry never gave me or my imsurance a bill for the diagnosis. I'll miss her being in Rutland.

It is a shame that she left Vermont, specifically Rutland. While I was disappointed with her departure, she cared enough to announce her departure well before she was required to. This unselfish act alone shows she cares for her patients and is not trying to use them just to bill insurance. By making the announcement early, many patients that normally would have seen her probably went to other Dr's instead. That is why I find Amy's comment quite curious, uniformed, and very selfcentered. Unless you are self paying, Dr's must charge insurance. I never viewed Dr Roseberry's practice as a charity as some others apparently do (well, did.) Not sure exactly when she left, but I think it's about the time "Amy" was having issues. I'm sorry for Amy but she shouldn't tarnish a good Dr's rep because she supposedly had a hard time getting a appointment with a pratice that was shutting down.

This is by far the worst doctor I have ever had to deal with. The secretaries are rude and unfeeling, Dr. Roseberry does not even listen when you talk about any issues you're having. they force you to schedule appointments just so they can get money from healthy insurance. I was diagnosed with something major and they would not even talk to me over the phone. This doctor's office is leaving the country in two days and I hope to god everyone can see this in Canada. Phew!

Dr. Roseberry is professional, respectful, kind, and a good listener. I never feeled rushed nor do I feel uncomfortable with her or any of her staff. I would recommend her practice to anyone who is searching for a good family physician.

If you need a flu shot or have a hangnail than this Doctor is a good choice for you. If you have anything seriously wrong than think twice.
