After consulting with another specialist and calling ahead to the ER, things went smoothly at my next stop.

Dr. Parulkar performed robotic arm surgery to remove a tumor from my left kidney. The surgery went very well and the tumor was removed without complications . I was out of the hospital in 2 days and after 2 weeks I’m recovering very well and will be back to normal soon. The team that did the surgery was excellent nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctors.

Where do you start? I met Dr. Parulkar when I was acting as a care giver to a good friend. My friend and I visited his office every 5 weeks for 3 years and worked with the Doctor and most of his office staff, in both Marlborough and Worcester. Dr. Parulkar and his staff treated my friend and myself with compassion and kindness, never undermining the regularity of the visit. I became a patient of Dr. Parulkar as the resulting consequence of a emergency room visit and its outcome - this resulted in a scheduled outpatient procedure and later with a radical "life saving" nephrectomy and removal of a malignant tumor. Throughout this mentally stressful and physically painful process Dr. Parulkar consistently had his hand on my shoulder. His communication, accessibility (both before and after) eased my palatable apprehension and anxiety. All of my personal experiences as a patient with Dr. Parulkar have occurred during this awful Covid pandemic - He and his staff have maintained the… highest standards available during this time of hardship.

Dr. Parulkar was recommended by my primary care physician. After the usual tests and procedures the choice to have surgery became obvious. Dr. Parulkar explained the pros and cons and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the surgery. The outcome is perfect. I am confident that I will get the usual side effects under control and return to work dry. In addition, Dr. Parulkar's team at the office as well at St.Vincent hospital was very helpful and professional.
