I was hit in a car accident 5 1/2 years ago by a very irresponsible driver talking and texting at 70 miles per hour. Since then I've had multiple surgeries and kicked around by many Hospital and so-called professional Dr. In which I have almost died several times and that is no exaggeration. To get to the point I finally took charge and found Dr bhavani ketheeswaran and she is absolutely amazing! She is kind, caring, professional, listens sets medical goals, and treatments, pertaining to each each individuals needs. She is literally saving my life and giving me back a quality life that I never expected to see you again! Now I know nobody's perfect, and problems can always occur in any situation but remember you reap what you sow! I see all these people boo hooing about her medical staff but I completely disagree! Even though they want card in hand when you go there my insurance company called them explaining my chronic situation and they fit me right in. The staff is not there to… listen to your soap opera life. They are there to do their jobs which is a very demanding, frustrating and can be slow paced when trying to get outside Insurance, approval

Dr. Bhavani is very competent and capable in her field. The staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. She works very hard and she is very knowledgeable The staff leaves much to be desired and usually the patient has to tell them their jobs and guide them in the basic routines of a medical facility operation. .

Be your own advocate and do your research. The Doctor is capable but the staff is horrendous. Safeguard your information and do your research! I wish I had read the reviews. This office runs like a low end store just shuffling you in and out without a care for the person at all. The nurse is extremely offensive and has zero bedside manner nor does she admit when she is wrong. They are late on prescriptions, call off appointments without letting the patient know, and leave others information wide open.

The doctor is wonderful after you wait 1.5 hours to see her. The office staff is terrible and getting someone on the phone is aweful. The have a habit of putting you on hold immediately when you call and I was on hold for 7 minutes when I finally gave up!

Pubix pharmacy and myself called numorus times to refill Levothyroxine. It took three weeks with me going without my medication to finally get someone to responded. Pubix and myself are now trying to refill blood presure medicine and it has been one week. She has been my Dr for about 5 or 6 years, but this is not acceptable.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and doctor . They found my cancer early and have saved my life 2 times now. And any time I need to see them they make sure I can get in!! <3

I went to this office as a new patient. I filled out all the necessary paperwork which took a full 40 min. When I went to hand in my paper work they asked for my insurance card which having a new policy had not arrived yet, but I had all the numbers needed to file, however at that point I was told I could not see the dr. I explained that I would pay cash for the visit and file on my own. Again I was told by an extremely rude office help that I could not do that. Are you serious. I was willing to pay cash, however they would not let me give them my money. Stay as far away from this clumsy office staff as possible. I can't rate the doctor as I was not allowed to see her, but this office staff is the worst.
