I had a horrible experience. Not just the wait time was long and my booking on Zocdoc meant nothing (I was counted as a walk-in despite the booking online), but after meeting with the doctor who was very unengaged, asked me some seriously stupid questions like "are you sure you're diagnosed with X?" (YES MY WHOLE LIFE!) and asked for serious blood work, I find out that I had complications and bad results only because a specialist from another practice calls me for an appointment after a referral from this doctor and a pharmacist calls me to pick up my new medication!!!! The doctor never thought of calling me and discussing my bad lab results! I called the office and asked to discuss my troubling results with the doctor and the receptionist said "we don't do this in here"!!!! I'm so upset and feel dehumanized. I was not given the proper attention especially during such a hard time. DO NOT COME HERE!

Went there knowing what I had but was given a different diagnosis by a nurse practitioner. Had to go to the urgent care 2 days later, which confirmed that the diagnosis I was given was wrong. Now I just received a "urgent care" physician charge from them (Dr. Bhavani). So they're incompetent in two ends, not only they lack clinical experience (what I had was very simple and easily diagnosable) but they also don't know how to handle healthcare billing.

Dr. Bhavani took the time to explain everything and although the visit was short I never felt rushed or that she didn't care. Staff was friendly and the clinic was nice. Great place!

Front office staff was indifferent and rude. Wait time to see a provider was over 45 minutes. You will never see the doctor, only a PA or NP. On initial visit, reviewed medications and asked if I would need another visit to obtain a refill. Called for refill, told I needed to visit. When I asked for the doctor to call me I was told, "we can't guarantee she will call you back." Do not recommend at all.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Bhavani after dealing with incompetent Drs for a while. She is warm, compassionate and always willing to listen, answer questions and address concerns.
