Dr. Bhavini Chandarana, MD

Sent my mother to see her. At first she was nice, but then called back about insurance and became irate, extremely rude, unhelpful and down right nasty. I will NOT recommend this office. Thankfully, there are many better doctors in the area.

I have called Dr. Chandarana over 10 times in the past 2 weeks to send me papers that I signed in front of her. I asked her to call me she just passed it on to someone else to call me. I have a right to the signed papers I signed. I am signing a complaint against her to the medical board. She tells her office girl Christine to call me. Then she tells Jack Dugo’s assistant to call me. And I tell them to have her call me and she still doesn’t call me.

Wasted a day, while in pain, waiting to hear about seeing the doctor. I ended up scheduling an appointment with a different doctor because Dr. Bhavini S Chandarana's office did not contact me to let me know that they needed more information before they could schedule an appointment. When I called them to ask them about the delay, the receptionist gaslighted me, asking questions about why I didn't schedule an appointment with a doctor closer to me. Overall, uncompassionate & overly suspicious of new patients, in what I am assuming is a desire on the office's part to weed out people who are only looking to refill opioid prescriptions, something I specifically stated I was not interested in because I don't take pain killers. Terrible experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Bhavini Chandarana for several months and I am completely satisfied. She is warm and caring and really takes an interest in what you are going through. I recommend her highly.

She was very thorough with me and explained to me what was wrong and how she could help me through a variety of means. I have gotten much better and would recommend her highly.
