Dr. Bhuvaneswari Nallamothu, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Bhuvaneswari Nallamothu and left with concerns about the quality of the evaluation. The appointment started about 45 minutes late without meaningful acknowledgment of the delay. During the visit, I did not feel my concerns or long-standing symptoms were fully explored in a structured or comprehensive way. At times, I felt my history was only briefly addressed rather than thoroughly reviewed in clinical context. I left without clear diagnostic direction or next steps and would encourage others seeking a detailed psychiatric evaluation to be aware of this experience.

She was late for my appointment and I only saw her for 20 mins. She did not ask any questions I felt were important or addressed any of my concerns. She just prescribed something right away with out first assessing possible risk factors related to prior history or even give much information on what she was prescribing or even the dose. I shut down during appointment and didn’t say anything, just left it like that. Decided to opt out of medication services. Would not recommend her. Go somewhere else.

Horribly rude staff. Totally incompetant. if you love your child, do NOT bring them here!! Perhaps this physician should hire staff who are not rude, with an IQ of more than 70. Would give them less than 1 star if I could!

She is absolutely terrible and does not care about her patients. All she cares about is getting them in and out and getting her paycheck. DO NOT COME HERE

Dr. Nallamothu showed great care and concern for my well-being. I came to her a mess, due to my previous “doctor”. She worked out my meds and got me back on track. I feel comfortable in her office. I’ve never waited long to be seen. When I found out that she had lost sleep over my first appointment. I knew she was the doctor for me.

If I can give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying how horrible this Dr. N is, she was a provider in the IPMG Hemet and IPMG Moreno Valley and now she just sees patients in her new group which is SCPG, if you go through google for all locations her bad reviews follow her. First off the waiting period is crazy!!!! She books in 5 minute increments, double books, schedules new patient as 30 minutes and puts follow ups in between. Waiting area is cute but supper small, you would think if you schedule like that you’d have room to put everyone in. The girls are great, very nice though I’m a very good person to judge character, they treat you great while they introduce you to sign your name, but if you pay attention these girls are more sad than they look mean. After the 1hr and 25 minutes I waited to be seen, I was greeted by Dr. Ns back! Really??? Her room is overwhelming, its very tacky. She asked me a couple of questions did not make eye contact most of the time and showed no… interest, I time my sessions she don’t see patients for the time she bills, based on my receipt she billed $350 for a 90792 which based on google it’s 30 minute initial Eval. Ha! I was seen for 20 minutes, thought maybe she took the rest of the time to enter notes, send my meds? thing is I went to the girls to schedule a follow up appointment for 2 weeks and I asked for the progress notes for today’s session, girl in the front told me there was a charge, which i guess it’s fine but what got me mad is I had to wait for it, I waited 30 mins for that progress note. Which means she didn’t take those extra 10 mins to finish my note. I let it pass. 2 weeks later I come back, I’m giving a receipt for code 99214 for $250 based on google that’s a 25 minute visit!!!! I was seen for 5 minutes all she did was ask how do I feel, ok sent me my fill and was on my way. That means she is cheating the insurance system for 20 extra minutes. She is cheating our pocket for those extra 20 minutes. This Dr. does not care about her patients, when people go into her office all she sees is a bag full of money. She won’t give out refills because why would she? She gains nothing from giving you a refill, she looses $250!! So if all of a sudden she sends you to see a therapist look somewhere else because you probably don’t need it she just wants to pay for her Christmas trip to India, she travels like 2 to 3 times a week and if you run out of meds you are screwed because she will send you to another place instead of giving you the refill to the meds you’ve been taking for 6 years. She always cancels her appointments last minute and if you need meds you have to leave a message wait for her to reply and by the end of the day you get a “No” come in tomorrow! Her husband runs the office and one thing he loves to do is bill you for really old charges (2012-2016), i was billed for a 2012 copay. Make sure you guys ask for receipts and NEVER pay cash, use something that can prove you paid. If you overpaid on copay he will not give you your money back, he will use that money to cover old visits you didn’t even know you owed for and he won’t tell you until you’re asking for the money back. Dr. always has attitude with the girls in the front, I feel so bad for them. I see a lot of people complain about the staff, but can you imagine.. how horrible it must be to spend 8hrs with this Dr. I can understand if sometimes they don’t feel like smiling. Anyways stay away from this Dr. yes, right now you might be doing excellent with her but just wait and see, she will turn on you. She’s a liar she will lie to you just to get you out of her office. So many things to complain about so little space.

Avoid this doctor for psychiatric help... Ive been getting treated by her for over four months now and today I paid her $50 copay for her to sit down with me for two mins and say there is nothing else she can do for me and that I should get a second opinion... try being a complete bipolar/depressed/anxiety head case like myself and your doctor telling you that... Now I have to sit down and think what Im gonna do now... go to someone who cares and actually looks you in the eye when they talk to you... she loves tossing all kinds of meds your way, even asks what you wanna be on... scary!!!

Very long wait times (one to two hours) for a five minute appt. Made mistakes and would not correct them after dozens of calls. No member of the office staff will call you back. Very stressful.

The WORST doctor I have EVER come into contact with. I came to Dr.N while trying To establish my care with Kaiser since switching from my other insurance the first of this year. Not only upon meeting me did she not once make eye contact, or even shake my hand, she asked me relatively zero questions about myself, and stared into her computer. The whole point of the visit was to re-establish my Medicine for my ADD. She required one more test and also wanted full access to previous medical records which I gladly granted in order to fill my prescription, I completed said test and HAND DELIVERED my results to her office when they opened. She NEVER called me, I had to call the office over 10 times I one day just to have them harass her to review the test and approve the medication. This fool reviewed the wrong test from my file from two years prior and didn’t even see the one from the same day that I hand delivered. Then I was never called back! I called 15 times the next day and this idiot… sent the wrong information into the pharmacy! Once again same problem! Now I can’t get her to fix her mistake and just resend the medication! She should NOT be a doctor. I also waited over two hours past my appointment time before I was ever even seen with zero apologies at all. She is a joke.
