Dr. Bibi Tasleyma Sattar, DO

Office staff is so unbelievably negligent. I thought after being a 2 yr patient Sattar would at least want to hear my concerns and she never bothered to contact me when I asked 3 times. My whole family went to her and I referred others. Don't make the mistake of thinking this doctor cares. She doesnt.

Bad news. Ordered tests costs me $3000 then she yells at me when I question her on it.

Dr Sattar is totally unavailable when you have questions. I had to make an apt and pay $150 just to talk with her about some lab results. She is great at ordering labs, mine were over $3600!!! She then refused to refill thyroid meds until I had more lab work done. Her staff is of absolutely no help. They are useless and rude. She has been dropped by insurance companies for her excessive billing and lab orders. I would run in another direction!

Great doctor! Always takes her time and listens to symptoms and complaints. She is not reluctant to offer referrals to specialist when she feels it’s necessary. Dr. Sattar is open to different treatments, not just pharmaceuticals. She’s also good with all ages. Wonderful bedside manners and compassionate. Dr Sattar is a beautiful person! I would gladly recommend her to friends and family, with total confidence.

I tried to make an appt online and called twice. The last time I was on hold for several minutes. No one ever came back.

Be prepared to pay fully out of pocket for visit and testing. Her father is the office manager and is a jerk

Incompetetence, negligence are just the beginning. Her "medical" practice is a joke. She does not see her own patients, but has a PA student see them. Then judging by follow up (or lack thereof), it is evident she does not even read or check the PAs notes. I have seen her once for interpretation of DNA results, other than that, I am not sure what she actually does in the capacity of a physician. Her practice is run by rude untrained or poorly trained staff. Frankly, I am surprised she is still in practice.

Dr. Sattar is good at ordering some very Innovative andin tests. However you are truly sick, particularly with any complicated medical issue, she is totally unavailable. She does not even see you herself. She has students assess then she does not follow up herself, just have staff call to tell you to go find specialists. You are on your own to do that. Hello? I may have bladder or uterine cancer but I am on my own to find a urologist and gynecologist . yeah, thanks. But your "collect the fee before the visit, works for you, does it?

She is the best but her front office staff sucks except for her mom/dad when they are there it is great the rest are lost in space

I hated to give this office even one star. I am healthy and I have never spent so much time and money in any doctor's office. Every time I turn around, they want more blood work then come in in 2 weeks to discuss blood work the come BACK in in 6 weeks for more blood work and on and on. To get a refill on a maintenance Rx they insist on an office visit every 3 months which is unnecessary. When I questioned their need for frequent apts they were pushy, when I told them I would be going somewhere else, they were rude!
