This was the 1st time since covid was initially started that the ofc was over packed with patient and the appt time to get seen was 1 hr past due and only for a 15 min review.in all we waited 2.25 mins for a15min visit..with extreme covid exposure a Not to mention those who were willing to wait outside in the heat( due to no room in the waiting room) especially the elderly or disabled.. whomever is the booking agent needs an in-service to prevent another chaotic event

I first met Dr. John in 2015 when I was having serious issues that turned out to be cancer. He was the first to take me seriously, take a biopsy, and refer me to two other phenomenal specialists, so I credit him with saving my life. Five years later, I check in with him at least once a year whether it feels like I need it or not, and I have never been disappointed. He is always attentive, caring, and professional. Thank you so much, Dr. John, for being an amazing gastroenterologist. I will continue to refer others to you so you can help them the way you helped me!!

First met Dr John in the ER. He performed an endoscopy to relieve food lodged at bottom of esophagus. After follow-up with him in his office, we scheduled a second endoscopy to enlarge the schatsky's ring (blockage problem) and a colonoscopy at the same time. Both procedures were performed in a very satisfactory manner. His bedside manner and willingness to answer all questions is refreshing. Hightly satisfied with his care.
