Dr. Bill Wayne Swilley, DO

Said straight to my face he doesn't care about my feelings or how I feel! No communication skills what so ever! Only cares about himself and preaching the bible to you and collecting his money once a month from his patients! I wouldn't recommend this sad excuse for a man to my worst enemy!!

14 years a patient and he will have to put up with me stalking him when he retires....great doc and good person.

he is the most incompetent rude and disrespectful doctor I have ever been to in my life he has gotten zero bedtime manner and knowledge of addiction do not go to him for any medical problem especially suboxone maintenance

Dr swilley and staff take the time to listen, actually listen, to what I say. He doesn't discredit my concerns or try to rush me out the door. He and his wife, who works there, both truly understand how addiction is a disease. They treat me with dignity and true concern. They don't just throw a prescription at me...they expect me to be responsible for my own recovery and to do the things necessary to stay in recovery. Dr Swilley also is much more than an addiction specialist. He is a doctor that I would recommend to anyone who wants a true doctor, not a pill pusher.

He helped me for over 6 years during the most critical time of my life. I owe him dearly and wish I still lived in the Nashville area so I could still see him on a regular basis. I still drive from Knoxville to Nashville from time to time just to see him as needed.
