Dr. Billy Joe Galligar, MD

The bottom line is this physician cannot be trusted. That's a sad thing.....Doctor or not his word is good for nothing. He told me two straight up lies to make his life easier but that had an effect on my medical care. He also made many mistakes from not returning calls, always running behind, not filling meds properly, and mis-scheduling appointments. The front office is unprofessional. His assistant is kind. He is a "pretty boy" and gregarious but flaky. And the entire clinic from the sidewalk to the patient rooms are filthy and need to be drenched in bleach. There should be a zero star option.

Over booked. Bad receptionist. Find different doctor.

Where the rubber meets the road is: this physician said he would do one thing and work with me one way and did an entirely different thing. Not cool in my book. If your word doesn't mean anything you're basically not good for anything. Dr Galligar seemed to be trustworthy but in the end it ended up backfiring and causing me more problems and reminding me that I should not trust. The front office personnel is extremely unprofessional as a whole. I have seen them outright talk about patients as they enter the building on several occasions. Dr Galligar did spend extended periods of time with me-- but in the end was not true to his word and not I am worse off for it. To make it worse he told me I was assigned to a new PCP at 7:30pm over a 5ish minute rushed phone call as if he was saying, "good riddance." I would not recommend this physician.
