Miserable . One of the worst PCPs. Me & my wife went there for a annual checkup in 2019 after we moved to Alpharetta. Without asking any questions, they simply started multiple tests without knowing why it is being done, no explanations whatsoever. After few days, they just posted the results on the portal & sent multiple bills , they didn't care to explain any observations. The worst part was the nurses didn't even knew to withdraw blood, they poked me 7-8 times in wrong places & kept shouting at me that I am not keeping my hands straight & asked me to drink 1 gallon of water. I poke & check my blood sugar every morning, so I knew how it is done & how wrong they were. Finally the doctor came & she was able to get blood in first attempt. The Doctor herself has all wrong outdated concepts. She was trying to teach me what diabetes is , & asked me to attend Diabetes education sessions. To be very modest, I am an expert in Keto Diabetes myself & could see easily how wrong her concepts… were.

Went for annuals once, will never go again. She was in a hurry to start treatment based on incomplete understanding of the reports. Thankfully, I went to a specialist and was perfectly fine. She should do some research before her front office calls people to tell them that they have a medical problem.

Dr.Bindu is a very nice doctor to start with. But she can handle only healthy patients. When we are sick and approach her, she always prescribes expensive branded medicine. She takes advantage of patient's situation. Never go to her.

She has always been firm on point and always prefers diet and excercise to medication. She’s awesome.

Be careful. Prescribes expensive branded medicine when generic drugs are available.

It was my first appointment with Dr Bindu. I was a new patient at her practice. She spent all but 5 minutes with me during my physical. Never bothered to ask me how I am feeling or if I had any other questions or concerns. Very poor customer service and I felt like I was just a number - 1 of her many patients that she is making money off of. I would NOT recommend her at all.

Dr. Alexander was very professional and approachable. However, the staff operations leaves a lot to be desired. I was supposed to get an email prompt to log into to access my records, never happened. I called in numerous occasions getting voice recording and left many messages with no return call until we contacted our insurance carrier to complain. I received a call from a nurse who stated my labs were fine. Nothing else. I decided to see another Internist. Dr. Alexander was great in my opinion, office operations needs an overhaul.
