Dr Bindu Nair, MD

Dr. Nair is my former PCP and she was wonderful!!! I have different insurance now and can no longer go to her. I thought she was a really good listener and very compassionate doctor. Her office staff was always friendly and Dr. Nair was prompt, kind and always spent time with me. I really miss her as my doctor.

She is the worst Dr I have ever been to!!! I have chronic pain. I don't what school she went to, she has no empathy for the patient.. Had take a urine test that's fine. I drank so much I was throwing up. She could of sent me the lab next but wouldn't.. Then called me lier Because I could not urine. I managed to get some out. The assistant had me put on the floor. While I was in the bathroom I had 3 strange men walk into the rest room. It was very embarrassing to say the least. A lady in the waiting room came up to me and asked what was wrong. I told her she said I am being told to pray for you..I did not get to thank her for her prayers.. I hope she reads this.. I give her a zero rating!!!

This was by far, the worst provider I've ever had! I was warned by other people to steer clear because she is very rude, but I took a chance because I was assigned to her. I came to her with previous medical conditions and lost my PCP of 8 years. She didn't want to treat me for any of them! She made every excuse when I asked to be referred to specialist, as if she had some sort of control issues. She never looked at me when we spoke and never once showed compassion for anything I seen her for! Eventually I lost her due to insurance (thank God) but refused to give refills on my medications until I could see my new dr. Her exact words were "you're no longer my patient, so you're not longer any concern to me". I was never her concern from day one!!! People like her should NEVER be in health care!!! Ever!! She makes a bad name for the whole company and should just retire!!

Nice person but does not listen well to patients Misdiagnosis and treats without examination. Difficult to get a referral to trained specialist. Had to go to urgent care for correct diagnosis and treatment. Which is more costly.

This doctor is awful! I was diagnosed with MS in 2005 by doctors who work for Sutter and are located in the same office as Dr.Nair. Most of the time I was seen by Dr. Nair, she kept telling me that I didn't have MS. She was very rude, arrogant and snotty!

Wonderful doctor and staff...No one is more caring or compassionate that she is....You want someone to listen...here she is..so very busy but you can't tell that...she reads your records and discusses with you...I've met some doctors who are just egos in suits...but she is one of kind...my highest recommendation is Dr. Nair.

Both my mother and I have been going to Dr. Nair for 15 years. We are very happy with the care we receive from Dr. Nair, and would not want anyone else as our primary care physician. She is a thoughtful and caring doctor, and will spend all the time that we need during our appointments. She carefully listens to what we have to say, and has meaningful, experienced, and educated medical opinion and advice to offer. I have no idea why anyone would have a single negative thing to say about her. They must be talking about someone else, because we think she's FANTASTIC!

When Dr Nair first started working at Sutter Medical, she was a very kind, concerned, and compassionate Dr. This was atleast 12 or so yrs. ago. The she went out on Pregancy leave, and when she came back, she was a different Dr. The compassion, and the actual concern for her patients is gone. She has miss diagnosed some serious illnesses, for allergies. I would NOT recommend Dr Nair to anyone.

You are uncaring and unresponsive to my medical needs. You treat me like I am nothing. You need to take another look at the hIPPOCRATIC oath that you swore to observe. Shame on you!

She is "The One."
