Dr. Eapen has been our family dentist for 6 years now. I trust her experience and expertise with all of our dental needs.

I came in with a toothache, also needed my teeth cleaned. Was received warmly, my teeth were cleaned and my filling was done promptly with no problems. The filling was done 6 months ago and it feels good. I would happily refer family/friends.

We recently moved and I wanted a dentist close to our home. I chose Dr. Eapen at Strongsville Family Dentistry. My first appointment was an exam and cleaning. I needed two cavities filled and three chipped front teeth repaired. The repairs on the front teeth looked beautiful when I left the office. The same day after the Novocaine wore off I had an energy bar (no nuts or hard stuff) and the composite on two of the repaired teeth fell off. I immediately called and was seen the next day. By the time I got to the office the third had come off. I was told then that I can not eat anything that would require biting down with those teeth. I was given bagels and apples as examples. She did not tell me this initially or I may have chosen not to get the teeth fixed. She repaired them again spending a considerable amount of time. Well, it been a year and the teeth still look great and I have even eaten a bagel or two. I believe that the material used was either bad or not mixed correctly the… first time around. Unfortunately, I will not go back.
