Unprofessiional staff, apparently they cannot keep steady workers,every viisit there are always new faces. Unfriendly staff at times. Upon my last visit, on my way out the room from my visit, noticed the receptionist sitting in the chair popping her fingers & performing dance movements while sitting in the chair. There always seem to be the same vibe when I go to my appointment. They definitiely need to take a classe in customer service skill,you would think they worked at Walmart. They don't need to hire employees that don't know how to conduct themselves in an medical office.

Overall experience at this physicians office during a visit recently,one of the employee staff was unfriendly & impatience,a family member asked of her may she have a word with her and found the employee to have a condensending demeanor.The following week I contacted the office to inquire about a prescription another physician wrote,just to make sure I could take the medication prescribed,staff member stated they would "call me back" to confer about it and never did,following week contacted this office 4 times in one day only to get the voice mailbox during business hours. This is very unacceptable to treat patients as unimportant.I wonder how everyone behaves when & if the Joint Commissions visits their facility.
