Dr. Lisa Carolina Robbins, MD

The staff are patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Louise, Sherry and Caleb. Dr Robbins was awesome as well. She took time to explain disease complications and how to prevent further harm, Thank you again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robbins for over 10 years and today is my last day as a patient. Dr. Robbins is a great doctor, but her staff is what is hurting her. Whoever answers the phone is very unprofessional and does not care about the patients.

I've been going to Dr. Robbins for over 10 years for a chronic condition. He has provided traditional and holistic ways to help me get back myself. She spends a lot of time with her patients so I can't complain about wait time because I always get more than I came for. She talks about lifestyle modifications to get off of medications or handle stress. I think what I like most is she really treats you as a whole and not just the disease or condition. The staff goes out of their way to help you get diagnostic testing done (most doctor's office just give you the number) and even checked on me when I was seriously ill and couldn't make it in. They try to resolve any issue in what I think is fair. When I need blood drawn (She always checks your blood for something bizarre that ends up being the problem!) the person is able to get the it the first time every time! I've seen the growth over the years and I hope she is around for a long time. My only CON is that she does not take all… insurance plans so now I have to see her out of pocket but she is worth it and more.

Dr. Robbins is not only a great doctor with so much knowledge about all kinds of cures for what ails you, but her bedside manners are awesome.

THIS OFFICE RAN MY FLEX SENDING CARD FOR $130.25 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. THE BILL WAS FOR MY SPOUSE WHO WENT IN TO GET HIS RESULTS FROM BLOOD WORK AND WAS CHARGE FOR AN OFFICE VISIT. DR ROBBINS AND STAFF I HOPE YOU DO KNOW THIS IS A HIPPA VIOLATION BECAUSE I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE TO THIS. PLUS THIS SHOWS THAT YOU KEEP PATIENTS CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE WITH OUT THEIR PERMISSION. I WILL BE CALLING AND WRITING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE TO REPORT YOU.....

I started going to Dr Lisa in 2005 that was the best call I ever made. She listen to what you have to say about how you feeling. I love that she don't try to push a lot of prescription medication on you. I lost my job 2010 and haven't been able to go back to her since I don't have insurance. I try to go some times when I have the money. If you can find a way to go to Dr Lisa do it you want regret it.
