Dr. Arb and her staff are 5 star all the way! They really make a difference in the patient’s journey through cancer!

Dr. Arb did not want to discuss with me the effects the high-dose chemotherapy had on me-she cut me off curtly and said to follow-up with family doctor. I felt this was more in her field that my family doctor. Sometimes she was very curt and rude to me. Although, I thought her NP Delayne was wonderful

Had trouble getting an appt in a timely manner. Physician was low keyed and quoted stats on my cancer with no hope given to balance them, I felt she was negative and did not want to discuss treatment options but only recommend her choice of treatment.

I was not overly confident when I first met her and she did not spend much time with me or give me details on my disease. I had blood tests twice a month to see how the treatment was working and her office called one time to tell me she said that my test results were decreasing nicely and to continue on the current schedule. When I asked for the result it was actually HIGHER than the previous which meant that the treatment should have been adjusted. If I was not a person that kept track of the results myself it would have been missed. Also the office staff is rude and I overheard them talking about other patients. I am at a new office now and much happier with this doctor's knowledge about my disease and treatment.
