Dr. Mainali is everything you want in a doctor, but rarely find in one practitioner: smart diagnostician, thinks out of the box, humane and empathetic, listens well, but also talks straight. He treats his patients like adults. My husband has an undiagnosed condition that brings out the worst in doctors, many of whom seem to blame the patient when they don't know what's wrong. Not Dr. Mainali. He never gives up, keeps on trying to work out the underlying problem, and trying to alleviate the symptoms. He's been wonderful with my health issues too, explaining what I need to do but never lecturing. I'd recommend him to anyone.
