Dr. Blaire Lenae Marshall

I have seen Dr. Marshall in Holbrook, MA for the past ~two years. She's cheerful and seems to really care about developing the right treatment plan and takes time to explain things carefully. Overall, I've been really satisfied.

I've seen Dr. Blaire Marshall for the past two years. She's always compassionate and pleasant and she takes the time to explain very well what the problems are and what needs to be done.

She jacked up my crown so bad I had to pay thousands to have it fixed. I told her, I bet your back hurts after bending over all day and she actually said.... "Oh no, it's cool caus I HAVE GREAT PAIN MEDS!!" No wonder I'm all jacked up, she was high as a kite! I confronted her about the horrific mistakes she made on my crown and she yelled and screamed and got so defensive I couldn't even talk. Talk about incompetent and unprofessional. Don't say you weren't warned!

Blaire Marshall ruptured a huge abscess/cyst that she failed to see on the x-ray before preparing for a crown therefore perforating my sinus and giving me two strains of staph. The abscess had eroded all the bone between my maxillary sinus and the roots of my molars - it was huge, yet she never noticed and proceeded to drill!!! I went back to her several days later in severe pain with my gums swollen and all she would say was "I didn't go that high, you must have a SINUS infection" and referred me to my GP! LONG story short, I ended up in and out of the hospital - had to have several sinus surgeries and oral surgeries to fix her mess. I called her to discuss the refund of the money for the crown I paid for in advance that she never put on and she started yelling at me that it wasn't her fault and refused to refund my money. This is honestly the worst medical experience I've ever had, and I'm STILL not over it four years later not to mention the thousands of dollars I've spent… because of her mistake. I've read some of the horror stories, how is she still in business?

Went in was to only get a crown. She over drilled now needed a root canal. She put temp crown on and left the string around tooth. It now is rotten and they wouldn't help. Or pack it nothing. Had to find emergency dentist to pull it. What a waste of money. Never go to her! She doesn't know what she is doing just wants to leave work.
