I saw Dr. Powell at an Urgent Care center in Spokane and he diagnosed my issue immediately. He was friendly, professional and prompt. Gave me excellent information and follow up instructions. Felt lucky to see such an experienced provider.

Dr. Blake Powell is experienced at providing the worst healthcare service in the industry. His lack of caring & coldness towards patients are no match. Perhaps, at 65+, he's worn-out, outdated and just doesn't give a damm anymore. Whatever the cause for his awful service may be, he is the reason why my family & friends will never visit Mount Auburn Hospital ever again.

By far the worst ER experience ever. Misdiagnosed a serious problem that left me debilitated for months. Verbally abused me for thinking I needed emergency care. Humiliating, horrible, frightening experience. I am no longer using Mt. Auburn Hospital services as a result.

Saw him at a walk-in clinic. Barely looked at me in the eye, did not listen to what I had to say, minimize my symptoms. May be competent, but certainly did not care or paid attention to me and what I might reveal on my condition.
