Dr. Blanca Lucia Gray, MD

I'd like to file a complaint against the office of Dr. Gray. They have been very unprofessional about the firing of her out of town patients. This has caused detrimental issues because of lack of communication to patients a out no longer having a physician. There was none. And now there is no way of refilling medications that are necessary to keep someone healthy. After making a trip all the way to see her, being called in and placed in a room then being told to leave. This is the most absurd thing I can imagine a doctor can do to a LONG time patient. I will continue to complain and spread the word of how terrible this office is so that no one else will have to deal with this nonsense and irresponsible behavior.

Dr Blanca Gray moved to San Antonio and has been unresponsive in providing my medical records which she promised to do.

I was Sprint in corpus christi when she moved. Had new doctor at access total careask for them. Have not received them. Said would only be 14 days. Brian Friou

Outstanding physician. Very compassionate, patient, and through

Office staff lies, falcifies medical records, calls in prescriptions not needed or requested or used anymore. Scripts are called in days after office visit so patient runs out. Dr. Gray doesn't know what her staff is up to nor seems to care after patient concerns are brought to her attention. Staff is rude on the phone, do not return calls, no one answers the phone after 4:00 on weekdays or on Friday mornings. Dr. Gray doesn't check on patients who are admitted through ER. Tests are not explained to patients. New scripts are not explained to patients. Office manager lies about official medical documentation sent to insurance companies. Requested scripts are not refilled. Wait time is excessively long with patients being called in ahead of others scheduled at earlier times. Office is excessively stuffy and hot. Staff stand around discussing personal matters in front of patients. Requests of medical records are met with a ring around the Rosie attitude. No one wants to take the time and… passes the buck to another staff member. Insurance requests of time sensitive materials are not submitted on time. Paperwork is lost in the office and blamed on patient. Office staff accuse patients of lying. Courtesy phone calls are not given for appointments. No questions are asked in office visits about anything regarding symptoms side effects or script combinations perscribed. If there was a lower rating this physician would receive it.

Excellent, personal and professional care from both the doctor and her NP Heather. I am so glad to be under their care.

Dr Blanca Gray has been my primary care physician for 13 years. She is one of the best doctors I have seen. She is competent, and caring of her patients needs.

DR BLANCA IS PROBABLY THE MOST DEDICATED AND WONDERFUL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE HAS A TREMENDOUS HEART AND COMPASSION AND LEAVES NO STONE UNTURNED IN HER CARE OF ME. SHE HAS GONE TO WAR AGAINST THE GOVERNMENTAL BEAUROCRACY AND HAS PREVAILED MIGHTILY. THERE IS NOBODY BETTER THEN HER WHEN IT COMES TO HUMAN AND MEDICAL CARE. SHE IS A WINNER

Dr. Gray seemed to be smart and a very good listener.
